2. Rate Estimates & Quotations

Any pricing generated via the website's Quick Freight Estimate calculator represents a preliminary non-binding operational guideline based on standard mileage and prevailing market indices.

• Rate estimates do not constitute a formal, binding contract of carriage or tender acceptance until confirmed in writing via a signed rate confirmation sheet issued by Mainstay dispatch.
• Final invoices may adjust for applicable accessorial charges including detention time, terminal demurrage, chassis splits, port storage, overweight permits, or special handling requirements.
• Equipment availability and dispatch schedules are subject to real-time fleet positioning and terminal gate conditions.

3. Carrier Operations & Governing Law

All physical transportation services are performed under Mainstay USA LLC's operating authority issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA MC #1003609 / USDOT). Cargo liability, freight claims, and carrier duties are governed exclusively by applicable federal transportation statutes (including 49 U.S.C. § 14706, the Carmack Amendment) and individual carrier bills of lading.

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

All content, branding, photography, calculation algorithms, and graphical assets on this site are the proprietary property of Mainstay USA LLC. Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, denial-of-service attempts, or reverse engineering of route calculation logic is strictly prohibited.
